Where the name comes from
Kaitelek joins two old ideas about getting better.
- Kai
- Change. From kaizen, the Japanese practice of continuous improvement through small, steady steps.
- telek
- From entelechy, Aristotle’s word for a thing fully realizing its potential, becoming what it was meant to be.
Together: continuous change toward a platform that does everything it was bought to do. That’s the work.
How we work
Plain answers
If a requirement fights the platform, we say so before we build it. If you don’t need a module yet, we’ll tell you that too.
Out of box first
Every customization is a cost you pay at each upgrade. We earn the right to add one.
Remote by default
We’re based in Texas and Ohio and work remotely, traveling when the work calls for it.
